Your wheat will be packed in a food-grade mylar bag after purging the oxygen with carbon dioxide--the same gas used in making carbonated drinks. The bag is then vacuum-sealed. This process helps preserve the grain like it was freshly harvested. The 30 lb. bag is then packaged in a food-grade bucket for easier handling and storage.
Customers from Alaska and Hawaii: due the the high cost of shipping to your states, we will not be able to ship your 30 lb. orders in buckets. We ship the 30 lbs. via USPS in a large flat rate box. At this time, we are unable to ship the 40 lb. box to these states. We apologize for the inconvenience.
